Ingredients
Rye whiskey
2 oz
Sweet vermouth
1⁄2 oz
Dry vermouth
1⁄2 oz
Angostura bitters
4 dashes
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until well chilled.
3. Serve neat or on a rock.
