Ingredients

Rye
1 oz

Sweet vermouth
1 oz

Benedictine
1⁄2 oz

Absinthe
rinse

Peychaud's bitters
2 dashes

Instructions

1. Rinse the serving glass with Absinthe.

2. Combine all other ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.

3. Stir until well chilled.

4. Serve neat or on a rock.
