Bourbon

Lime juice
1 oz
Simple syrup
3⁄4 oz
Cucumber
1 in
Mint leaves

Instructions
1. Muddle the cucumber (quartered) and mint in a shaking tin.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and ice.
3. Shake real good.
4. Double strain into a serving glass.
