Ingredients
Irish whisky
2 oz
St. Germain
1⁄2 oz
Lemon juice
3⁄4 oz
Simple syrup
3⁄4 oz
Cucumber
1 in
Instructions
1. Muddle the cucumber (quartered) in a shaking tin.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and ice.
3. Shake real good.
4. Double strain into a serving glass.
