Pesto Flatbread

This is a pesto recipe thinly disguised as a meal.
Ingredients
Flatbread

Tomato
1
Mozzarella
Some
Basil
2 cups
Toasted pine nuts
1⁄2 cup
Fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp
Grated parmesan
1⁄4 cup
Garlic
1 clove
Olive oil
1⁄4 cup
Salt
1⁄4 tsp
Black pepper
1⁄4 tsp
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Pesto prep: Combine basil, pine nuts, lemon juice, parmesan, garlic, olive, oil, salt, and pepper. Blend to a paste.
3. Flatbread prep: Cover flatbread with pesto, thinly sliced tomatoes, mozzarella, and more grated parmesan.
4. Cook until golden brown.
5. Serve.
Notes
Use a flatbread that you imagine to be enough for 2 people.
I don't really know what "2 cups of basil" means. You will likely end up with more pesto than is apporpriate to put on your flatbread.
Freshly grating your parmesan, here and in general, is a great way to improve your life.
