Rosemary Gin Fizz

Ingredients

Gin

2 oz

Lemon juice

1 oz

Rosemary syrup

1⁄2 oz

Soda water

3 oz

1. Combine gin, lemon juice, and rosemary syrup in a mixing glass with ice.

2. Stir until well chilled.

3. Pour over ice into a serving glass, top with soda water.

4. Garnish with a lemon wedge and rosemary sprig.
