Improved Whiskey Cocktail
Ingredients
Rye (or Bourbon)
2 oz
Maraschino liqueur
1⁄4 oz
Simple syrup
1⁄4 oz
Absinthe
rinse
Angostura bitters
2 dashes
Peychaud's bitters
2 dashes
Instructions
1. Wash the serving glass with Absinthe.
2. Combine all other ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
3. Stir until well chilled.
4. Serve neat.
