Gin Gin Mule

Ingredients

Gin
2 oz

Lime juice
3⁄4 oz

Simple syrup
1⁄2 oz

Ginger ale
3 oz

Mint
8 leaves

Instructions

1. Muddle the mint leaves in the bottom of the serving glass.

2. Combine gin, lime juice, and simple syrup in a mixing glass with ice.

3. Stir until well chilled.

4. Strain into the serving glass over the mint, and (optionally) ice.

5. Top with Ginger ale.
